Reiki Trainings
Energy work is not a trend. It is not performance. And it is not reserved for the “gifted.” It is a human capacity that has existed long before it was named. My Reiki trainings are intentionally small (no more than four students) because this work deserves depth, safety, and real mentorship. Reiki I is a two-day immersive experience, followed by a required minimum one-month integration period before advancing to Reiki II, which is a one-day advanced training. This space between levels is intentional — it allows your nervous system, intuition, and energetic awareness to stabilize and strengthen. I teach not only traditional foundations and attunements, but the embodied techniques I have developed through lived experience — across trauma, rebuilding, intuition, and decades of working with subtle energy. This is not a memorization course. It is initiation, refinement, and the strengthening of your own channel. Reiki I Training
Foundations of Energy Healing & Self-Activation
Reiki I is where remembrance begins.
This is not a memorization course. This is not simply learning hand positions. This is an initiation into awareness — of energy, intuition, and your own capacity to channel life force.
In Reiki I, you will:
• Receive your Reiki Level I attunement
• Learn the history and principles of Reiki
• Understand the energetic body in a grounded, practical way
• Learn traditional hand positions for self-treatment and working with others
• Practice sensing and reading energy
• Develop trust in your intuition
• Learn nervous system regulation techniques to support safe energy work
• Understand energetic boundaries and how not to absorb others’ emotions
• Experience guided breathwork to open and align your channel
• Learn how to hold space without “trying to fix” anyone

This level is about refinement, amplification, and stepping into your power as a practitioner. In
In Reiki II, you will:

• Learn and activate the sacred Reiki symbols
• Understand how to work across time and space
• Learn distance healing techniques
• Practice emotional and mental healing work
• Develop stronger intuitive diagnostics
• Learn how to structure a full client session

• Practice channeling with confidence and clarity
